We offer a 30-day refund guarantee on all orders. If you experience any issue with your product within 30 days of receiving your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help and will work with you to find the best possible solution, whether that is a full refund or a free replacement.
2. When are you eligible for a refund or replacement?
You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement within 30 days of delivery in the following situations:
- Your product arrived damaged or broken
- Your product is defective and not functioning properly
- You received the wrong item — incorrect color, size or product
- Your order was never delivered and tracking confirms no delivery took place
In any of the above cases, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.
3. When are you not eligible for a refund?
We want to be transparent about the situations in which we are unable to offer a refund:
- You have simply changed your mind or no longer want the product
- The product has been damaged as a result of personal misuse or improper handling
- The refund request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date
- The tracking information confirms the order was successfully delivered and no issue has been reported

4. Do I need to return the product?
No. At Glow Ritual, we do not require you to return the product in order to receive a refund or replacement. Simply contact us with photo or video evidence of the issue and we will take care of the rest. This makes the process as easy and stress-free as possible for you.
5. How to request a refund?
Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward. Just follow these steps:

- Include your order number in the subject line
- Attach a clear photo or short video showing the issue with your product
- Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24-72 hours
We aim to make the refund process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. The sooner you contact us, the faster we can resolve your issue.
6. Order delays
In the rare event that your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please do not panic. Occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance, high shipping volumes or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the shipping date, please contact us and we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.
7. Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel your order and issue a full refund as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible.
8. How long does a refund take?
Once your refund request has been approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank first as processing times may vary.
