Overview

At Yu Glowing, we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure your package is handled with care from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.


1. Processing Time

Once your order has been placed, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days after purchase. During busy periods or peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 days. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been placed.


2. Shipping Time

We know you are excited to receive your order, and we work hard to get it to you as fast as possible. Most orders arrive in under 10 days. Delivered to your door in as little as 7 days depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times are calculated in calendar days, including weekends and public holidays.


3. Shipping Costs

We believe great hair care should be accessible to everyone. That is why we offer free shipping on all orders worldwide 🌍 — no minimum order required, no hidden fees.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to follow your package every step of the way and get a clear idea of when it will arrive. Please note that tracking information may take 1-2 days to update after your order has been shipped. If your tracking information has not updated after 2 days, please do not worry — your package is still on its way.


5. Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Customs clearance
  • High shipping volumes
  • Public holidays in the country of origin or destination
  • Extreme weather conditions

During peak season (November–December), delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased shipping volumes worldwide. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.


6. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the shipping date, please contact us immediately and we will either resend your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbours or family members who may have accepted the package on your behalf
  • Checking with your local post office as the package may be held there
  • Contacting us at support.yuglowing@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate further
